Appellants, the State of Texas, County of Dallas and City of Carrollton, instituted this proceeding to condemn for highway purpose the leasehold interest of appelees, William Parkey and W. A. Smith, as lessees of a certain parcel of land and improvements thereon, situated in Carrollton.
