This is a suit by the government for revocation of defendant's citizenship, brought under section 340(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (1952), 8 U.S.C.A. § 1451(a), and section 338(a) of the Nationality Act of 1940, 8 U.S. C.A. § 738(a).
