The defendants are legatees and distributees of the estate of Carlos A. Reading, deceased. Their motion to dismiss plaintiff's bill of complaint, filed in the Washtenaw circuit, was denied by the chancellor. October 12, 1955, this Court granted leave to appeal from the order of denial.
