The plaintiff Hopfer brought this action for damages arising out of an automobile collision. The defendants were E.T. Staudt and Los Angeles-Seattle Motor Express, Inc., a corporation, hereafter called LASME. There was a verdict for plaintiff and against both defendants, for $20,000, and judgment was entered thereon. Thereafter the defendant E.T. Staudt, acting for himself alone, moved for judgment...
