The appellant was convicted in the Island Court of Guam of violating Sec. 315 of the Penal Code of Guam. The appellant contends that such conviction is contrary to the law and the evidence. Sec. 315 provides:

"Every person who keeps a house of ill fame in Guam, resorted to for the purpose of prostitution or lewdness, or who willfully resides in such house, is guilty of a misdemeanor;...
