JOHNSON, Judge:
In a memorandum opinion [12 TCM 747, Dec. 19,789(M)] entered herein on August 12, 1953, we sustained the disallowance by the respondent as a bad debt in 1950 the amount of $15,041.71, which petitioner paid in that year to creditors of Stable Wood Products, Inc., therein referred to as the Corporation.
