After conviction on three counts of an indictment charging him with violations of 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 633, appellant Brown was sentenced to one year's imprisonment and a fine of $10,000 on count one.1 On counts two and three he was placed on five years probation subject to the condition that he pay the sum of $20,000 assessed against him as a fine.
