In effect, it is a three-cornered lawsuit between (a) Trustees of the First Methodist Church of El Dorado (hereinafter called "Church"); (b) Trustees of Warner Brown Cemetery (hereinafter called "Cemetery Trustees"); and (c) certain heirs of Warner Brown, hereinafter named.
