SCHAUER, J.

In this quiet-title action defendant cross-complained and judgment was rendered in his favor, quieting his title as against plaintiff to some 80 acres of land in Imperial County. Plaintiff appeals. We have concluded that plaintiff's various contentions are without merit and that the judgment should be affirmed.
