This appeal questions the lower court's jurisdiction of the additional defendant, John Hack, who is a resident of Florida and who was summoned by means of substituted service in asserted reliance upon the so-called Nonresident Property Owners Act of July 2, 1937, P.L. 2747, Sections 1 and 2, 12 PS §§ 331, 332.
