Its returns for the calendar years 1943, 1944 and 1945 were filed with the collector of internal revenue, third New York district, New York, New York. Petitioner was incorporated on May 25, 1920, as The Crowell Publishing Co. On June 30, 1934, P. F. Collier & Son Co.,
