SMITH, Justice.

The plaintiff, Robert P. Morrisette, brought this action against the defendant, Atlantic Company, a corporation trading as Boush Ice & Cold Storage Plant, seeking the recovery of damages for personal injuries allegedly caused by the negligence of the defendant, and obtained a verdict and judgment in the sum of $4,500. To review that judgment we awarded defendant a writ of error.
