This is a petition to review an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy and to set aside his certificate.

Findings of Fact

On May 1, 1952 creditors of S. F. Brothers Company filed an involuntary petition in bankruptcy upon which an order of adjudication was entered November 17, 1952, after creditors had rejected a plan of arrangement proposed by bankrupt September 28, 1952.
