This appeal is from an order of the Circuit Court for Allegany County reversing an order of the State Industrial Accident Commission which disallowed a claim for compensation on the ground that the claim was not filed within the one year period of limitations prescribed by the Workmen's Compensation Act, Code (1951), Art. 101, sec. 38.
