This is an original action in mandamus, filed in this court by the state, on relation of Ralph Finley, Probate Judge of Tuscarawas County, in which the relator seeks an order directing the Board of County Commissioners of Tuscarawas County to provide for the Probate Court the office space adjacent to his quarters, which space is now being used by the county recorder.
