On December 5, 1955 the government filed a complaint and declaration of taking for the acquisition of a clearance easement on 64.88 acres (hereinafter to be called 64 acres) of land in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, for use in connection with the Greater Pittsburgh Airport.
