The defendant, Voss, has appealed from a conviction of murder in the first degree with a sentence of death by electrocution imposed by the jury, and his co-defendant, Alice Jones, has appealed from a conviction of murder in the second degree, the jury fixing her punishment at 20 years in the State penitentiary. Both of the defendants were ably represented by counsel appointed by the trial judge. The defendant, Voss, alone has assigned errors....
