Appellant instituted this action in chancery court asking to be adjudged the owner of an undivided one-third interest in certain oil and gas holdings which were claimed and held by Charles F. Steele and Amos T. Hutchinson, and asking the trial court to declare that Steele and Hutchinson in fact held one-third of said oil and gas holdings in trust for him.
