The action herein is one brought to recover for personal injuries alleged to have resulted from negligence of the defendant in supplying plaintiff with a loan automobile having defective brakes, while plaintiff's car was in defendant's garage for repairs. Trial before a jury resulted in a verdict and judgment in favor of the defendant.
