WILLIAMSON, Justice.

This is an action upon an account annexed to recover for goods sold by the plaintiff's intestate to the defendant. The case is before us on exceptions to the introduction of evidence, and to the refusal of the presiding Justice to direct a verdict for the defendant, and also upon a general motion for a new trial on the usual grounds.
