Della Strickland, hereinafter called claimant filed her first notice of injury and claim for compensation stating that she sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of her employment with Armour and Company on July 3, 1953 when she fell and injured her back. She is totally and permanently disabled and the cause and extent of the disability are not in dispute. An award was entered which is in part as follows:
