This is a bill in equity brought under G.L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 25, § 5, before that section was redrafted by St. 1953, c. 575, § 1. By reason of § 2 of the act of 1953, that act has no application to this case. The bill is brought by three owners of lands in Medway to review an order of the department made on October 22, 1951, under G.L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 164, § 75C, inserted by St. 1950, c. 462, which authorized Algonquin Gas Transmission Company...
