OPINION BY HIRT, J., November 16, 1955:

On January 12, 1933, relator was tried and found guilty on three indictments charging armed robbery. He was sentenced on two of the bills to consecutive terms of from 10 to 20 years in the Philadelphia County Prison. The Board of Pardons subsequently commuted the sentences to a total of not less than 10 years 7 months and not more than 30 years, the maximum to expire on January 12, 1963.
