This is an appeal from an order of the district court affirming an order of the board of county commissioners of Renville county issued pursuant to M.S.A. 106.471 directing that repairs "B" and "C" be made to county ditch No. 51 of Renville county, Minnesota.

County ditch No. 51 was constructed in 1914 at a cost of $50,916.84 to effect drainage of an area comprising the village of Olivia, Minnesota...
