Seven separate cases have been consolidated in this proceeding. Two have been dismissed by stipulation. Four of the remaining cases involve several claims by John A. Hadden as trustee for Manufacturers Trading Corporation and the Government's counterclaims thereto. We shall take them up separately, discussing the fifth case at the end of the opinion.
