This is an appeal from an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy holding that certain real estate and chattel mortgages made by the bankrupt partnership in favor of a creditor, Progress Finance Company, are void as against the trustee of the partnership estate because they constituted preferential transfers under Section 60 of the Bankruptcy Act as amended 11 U.S.C.A. § 96.
