Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Stanley Jakubowski, for appellant.

Robert J. Lindsay, Jr., for appellee.

Before STERN, C.J., STEARNE, JONES, BELL, CHIDSEY, MUSMANNO and ARNOLD, JJ.

The Orphans' Court ruled such evidence insufficient. This appeal followed.
