These cases were tried without a jury. Formal findings of facts and conclusions of law were waived. It was further stipulated by all parties that one judgment be entered for both actions; that no costs or disbursements be assessed against the defendant; and that the judgment provide only for disposition of the chattel involved since it is available, rather than money damages.
