Statement

This case is before the Court upon a petition for review of the order of the Referee in Bankruptcy entered December 31, 1954, disallowing the claim of the petitioner, Betty Carroll.

Petitioner contends that the Referee's findings of fact were and are erroneous. It would be extremely difficult to effectively summarize the Referee's findings of fact, and for that reason the Court is of the opinion that said...
