The action herein was commenced on November 21, 1953. An amended petition was filed on March 10, 1954, in which the plaintiff alleged substantially the following facts. Plaintiff is the widow of John K. Hartt, deceased; that deceased died on or about July 14, 1952, leaving a last will and testament dated March 14, 1951; that on August 21, 1952, the will was duly admitted to probate in the district court of Carbon county, Wyoming, and...
