This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff after jury verdict in a malpractice action brought by respondent Bernard Cooper against Lillian Elson, a trained nurse employed by appellant, The National Motor Bearing Company, Inc., and against said company. Respondent Cooper was also an employee of the aforesaid company. A verdict in the sum of $25,000 in favor of respondent was returned by the jury. A motion for new trial was denied on condition...
