Defendant appeals from certain portions of the interlocutory decree of divorce and related orders. He challenges the propriety of the trial court's assumption of in personam jurisdiction over him by virtue of the service of process on him without the state. His objections cannot prevail in view of the provisions of the governing statutes. (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 412, 413, 417.)
