Defendant, Lloyd Jones, brings this writ of error to review a judgment of the circuit court of Macoupin County entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of the infamous crime against nature in the manner and form as charged in the indictment. He was sentenced to the Illinois State Penitentiary for a term of not less than four years...
