In a previous trial, appellant was found guilty by a jury under an indictment charging violation of the Mail Fraud Statute, § 1341, Title 18, U.S. Code. On appeal the judgment was reversed because of the admission of evidence which the Court considered incompetent and prejudicial. Henderson v.
