Plaintiff has filed this suit in which he prays to be recognized as the owner of an undivided one-half of the NW¼ of the SW¼ of Section 1, Township 5, Range 10, containing 40.56 acres in the Parish of St. Tammany, Louisiana, and in which he further seeks to annul a sale for the unpaid taxes of 1945 assessed against said property which was made to the defendant, Commercial Cattle Co., Inc.
