This is the third complaint which has been drafted in this action, two prior complaints having been dismissed under section 241 of the Civil Practice Act. We find that the present complaint is so general, indefinite, conclusory, and lacking in factual specifications as to be insufficient to constitute a cause of action. We think that all possible consideration has been extended to the plaintiff in the previous allowing of amendments and that no good purpose would be served...
