Judgment in favor of the plaintiff Elizabeth Le Bram against the defendant Cann is unanimously reversed on the facts and a new trial granted, with costs to the appellant to abide the event, unless within ten days from the date of this decision the defendant Cann stipulates to increase the amount awarded to $7,500, in which event the judgment as so increased is affirmed, with costs to appellant.
