The record on appeal is very brief. The only witness who testified was the chief of police of the City of Ogdensburg who had initiated the proceeding. He testified that the infant, in company with three other boys, had committed what amounted to petty larceny in several stores in the city of Ogdensburg, stolen milk bottles off the steps of houses and sold them, and committed certain acts of vandalism.
