Claimant's husband worked as a chauffeur and handyman on the employer's estate. His duties required that he mow the lawn. On May 20, 1950, he was observed mowing the lawn with a power mower. A short time after this observation was made he was seen lying on the ground. He was then dead. The power mower was stopped against a tree with the motor stalled. The ground in the area where he had been mowing and where his body was found was "`bumpy'" and rough. There was a depression...
