Kathleen Luster, the petitioner, is seeking a writ of prohibition against Jean L. Auxier, a judge of the Pike Circuit Court, to prevent his hearing or continuing contempt proceedings against her for failure to comply with a judgment entered by him on August 19, 1955. That judgment granted custody of Mrs. Luster's six year old daughter, Diane, to her paternal grandparents, Sam and Virgie Luster. The child's father was killed in an automobile accident...
