This appeal concerns the construction of a deed upon condition subsequent. In 1926 Anna Simmang conveyed a tract of land to the San Antonio Baseball Club. By the same deed she also conveyed a second tract in fee, but provided that the fee should revert to her, as grantor, upon the occurrence of an express condition subsequent.
