Appellant Humble Oil & Refining Company, plaintiff in the trial court, filed this suit against the Texas and Pacific Railway Company, defendant, for $410,335.29, alleged to be the amount of freight overcharges on 31,852 tank cars containing more than 7,000,000 barrels of sour crude oil. These tank cars of oil moved during the period, October 13, 1947 to May 31, 1948, over appellee's rail line from Midland, Texas, to Longview, Texas, and Camps...
