This is a civil action brought by the United States as plaintiff under and by virtue of the provisions of Section 2(e) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, as amended, 56 Stat. 23; 50 U.S.C.A. Appendix, § 902(e), and regulations issued thereunder, and Sections 1345, 2201 and 2202 of Title 28 of the United States Code Annotated.
