This is a suit in equity to enjoin the forfeiture, or foreclosure, of a certain land contract, and for the revision of said contract in accordance with an alleged oral agreement. The property in question is referred to as 12922 Greeley street, Detroit. Defendants acquired ownership thereof prior to the 29th of October, 1943, on which date they entered into an executory land contract for its sale to Kate Long for a total consideration of $4,800.
