Plaintiff wife appeals from a judgment of the superior court awarding her a divorce, dividing the personal property between the parties as specified therein, ordering that a certain parcel of real property (on which there is an unfinished house) be listed for sale, and directing that the net proceeds of the sale be applied first to the payment of the debts incurred by the parties and that the balance be divided equally between them.
