This is an action for an alternative writ of mandamus and a temporary writ of prohibition. The alternative writ of mandamus and the temporary writ of prohibition were issued June 2, 1954, by this court, and had the effect of staying proceedings in Cause No. 6114 in the Vanderburgh Circuit Court.
