These two cases stem from the efforts of the Attorney General to have a hearing by the Eclectic State Medical Board (hereinafter called "Board") regarding the validity of the license of Dr. J. S. Schirmer.

On September 14, 1953, the Attorney `General of Arkansas filed suit in the Circuit Court of Clay County, Arkansas, against Dr. J. S. Schirmer, seeking a hearing for the purpose of cancelling the license of Dr. Schirmer to practice medicine...
