This is an appeal by the zoning board of appeals of the City of Rochester from an order of the Special Term which annuls a determination of the board denying the application for the issuance of a permit to conduct an undertaking establishment at 1290 Lake Avenue, Rochester, New York. The order appealed from directs the issuance of the permit.
