This is a suit in equity in the nature of an appeal from a decision of the board of appeals of the town of Bedford wherein the plaintiff's application for a permit to remove sand and gravel from his land was denied. G.L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 40, § 30, as appearing in St. 1933, c. 269, § 1, as amended. A final decree was entered in the Superior Court that the decision of the board was within its jurisdiction...
