When this case was here before, it was held that since the plaintiffs alleged in their petition that they, and others similarly situated, paid the purchase price of the property involved, the petition set up in the plaintiffs a perfect equity in the land, even though title to it was taken by them in the name of an unincorporated National Guard Company in which they were members.
